REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid Code B (or higher) driving license.
Recommendation: Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Public Procurement or related fields; Computer Based Procurement System.
Competencies: Knowledge and understanding of general administration and office administration.
Skills in the following: Proven computer literacy in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook); Written and verbal communication skills; Planning and organising skills; Interpersonal relations; Basic analytical skills; Numeric skills; Critical thinking.
DUTIES:
To administer requisitions for Procurement, Ledger Management, perform order administration and document distribution, Perform office administration and end-user service delivery, Asset Management and control accountability.
