PR & Events:
- Coordinate product sourcing and packaging for influencers, events, prizes, shoots, giveaways, and campaign seedings with PR agency.
- Assist the broader team with all courier jobs to stores & local media and influencers.
- Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Assist with the organisation of brand productions (shoots, product, sourcing from stores).
- Assist with the planning, setup, and hosting of events, and activations.
- Assist with ad-hoc PR requests.
- Consolidate monthly PR reports.
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide support to the marketing department.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Invoicing stock for product sourcing and marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with retail staff to communicate marketing campaigns with VM support.
- Coordination of team events; birthdays, lunches, meetings, training.
- Assist where needed with PowerPoint presentations.
- Compile monthly marketing reports for internal team and global team.
- Manage branded collateral inventory.
- Coordinate any communication with suppliers and recons to check that briefing matches execution.
General Marketing:
- Weekly / monthly content distribution to malls.
- Project manage gifting and setup for seasonal sell-ins.
- Drive and project manage mall marketing activities and relationships.
- Assist Marketing Manager with all digital campaigns.
- Assist Visual Merchandiser with brand collateral and content for trade and retail activations.
- Manage ad-hoc marketing requests from the team.
- Work with Content Manager to create marketing assets for campaigns.
Requirements:
- Must have code B and own transport.
- PR, Events, Marketing related qualification and 1-2 years’ experience.
- Strong creative and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter that is proactive and takes initiative.
- Understanding of different marketing channels.
- High-level project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stick to deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, driven, and resourceful problem solver.
- Fluent in English.
- Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator software experience would be an advantage
