Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
Support HR activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, and disciplinary documentation.
Employee Engagement
Support initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Collaborate with HR and management to address performance concerns constructively.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
Familiarity with productivity monitoring tools and HR software systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting purposes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Attributes
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
Experience with employee engagement and performance management programs.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
