Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Always ensure and provide feedback to customers once client query is resolved. Provide feedback to customer regarding queries. Process all interactions necessary for the accurate managements of adherence calls. Manage and report compliments and complaints through the customer service diary. Adhere to customer relations practices and accurately capture employee information. Assist customer with any enquiries and refer customers to the appropriate departments where applicable. Ensure that customer information is dealt with in a confidential manner. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers. Ensure effective internal communication (with regards to customer service/ benefit programme) and effective external communication (Customer – feedback provided). Respond to written or email enquiries on various platforms, within a reasonable time. Adhere to excellent telephone etiquette at all-time according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric with English and Mathematics 1 Year Pharmaceutical experience Previous telesales experience English and 2nd language – Read, write and speak Good communication skills, listening Customer service/focus Strong attention to detail Sound numerical skills Problem-solving Team player Trustworthy and honest Time management Able to deal with pressure Computer literate – MS Office
