Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service Delivery
Seamlessly facilitate sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for both new and existing customers.
Strengthen customer relationships through personalized, consultative engagements to foster loyalty and drive referrals.
Sales Conclusion and Activation
Leverage expertise to ensure the smooth fulfillment of sales activities.
Address customer sales-related queries with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely resolution.
Investigate and resolve or escalate credit- and fraud-related referrals to maintain the integrity of transactions.
Customer Experience Management
Engage with diverse customer segments to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
Manage daily workflows and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer demands.
Generate and analyze monthly reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Risk and Governance
Adhere to all internal and external compliance policies, including NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.
Escalate identified risks to ensure governance standards are upheld.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Finance (mandatory).
Preference for applicants with Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification.
