Key Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development Support
- Contribute to the infrastructure supporting L&D processes, practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure uniformity across the organization.
- Assist with the execution of L&D initiatives for various business projects.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and effectiveness.
2. Competence Development
- Implement tailored learning solutions in collaboration with other specialists to meet in-country needs.
- Provide support for the Competency Assessment Process (CAP).
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing return on investment (ROI).
- Facilitate the design and development of training materials that cater to specific learning requirements.
3. Governance and Compliance
- Track and monitor progress on assigned L&D projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and governance standards to meet auditing requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- A relevant HR Degree or Diploma is essential.
- Registration as an ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practitioner) would be an added advantage.
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in training material development, facilitation, and project rollouts across a large-scale organization.
- Experience in eLearning design and development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
- Familiarity with LMS365 or similar Learning Management Systems is beneficial.
