The Learnership Program

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the program:

A Grade 12 qualification with strong marks in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
A background in Physical Science is advantageous but not mandatory.

High levels of self-motivation and drive.
An agile mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering concepts.
