Role and Responsibilities
The primary role of the Service Associate involves delivering exceptional service to guests while adhering to the established standards of the facility. Key responsibilities include:
Table Management: Change table linen as needed, ensuring all linens are in good condition. Keep track of dirty or damaged items and arrange for their exchange.
Condiment Maintenance: Regularly clean and refill condiment sets to ensure they are always ready for use.
Table Setup: Prepare dining areas according to set standards, ensuring cleanliness and the proper arrangement of dining items.
Hygiene Compliance: Maintain designated areas to meet strict hygiene standards, contributing to a safe dining environment.
Menu Knowledge: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of menu items to confidently assist residents in making informed choices.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages with a focus on professionalism, ensuring a pleasant experience for all diners.
