Key Responsibilities
As a Shop Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Sales Support: Assist in driving sales through effective product placement, promotional activities, and upselling techniques. Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining store performance.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are accurately labeled. Participate in regular stocktaking and assist with inventory control to minimize losses.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Ensure that displays are attractive and products are presented in a manner that enhances the store’s visual appeal.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
- Operational Tasks: Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
