Internship Description
Responsibilities:
- Inspect all goods received, make note of any damage and discrepancies and ensure the goods delivered match the order.
- Record fixed assets acquisition and disposal.
- Ensure maintenance and verification of all SACAA assets.
- Process stores accounts.
- Assign barcodes to all fixed assets purchased and invoices.
- Locate newly purchased assets on the floor to determine the barcode number of the assets and allocate them to the current year additions.
- Conduct assets verification of SACAA assets, and assets condition assessment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in:
- Supply Chain or Assets Management or Auditing
Experience:
- 1 Year of Assets Management experience
