Fidelity Services Group, a leading entity in the security and investigations industry, is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor / Driver for our Phillipi Branch in Cape Town. This permanent position is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our security services and ensuring top-notch management at our Southern Suburb site. Key Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor / Driver, your role will encompass both supervisory and driving duties. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervision: Overseeing the daily operations of security staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and managing any operational issues that arise.
- Driving Duties: Safely transporting personnel and equipment as required, maintaining a clean driving record, and ensuring all vehicle-related paperwork is up-to-date.
- Team Management: Leading a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any other relevant information.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: A minimum of Grade 12 / Standard 10 is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
- PSIRA Registration: Must hold a valid PSIRA registration at Grade A or B level.
- Driving Experience: Proven experience in driving is necessary, and a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications is advantageous.
- Disciplinary Procedures Knowledge: A sound understanding of FADT disciplinary procedures.
- Clean Disciplinary Record: A clean record is required for consideration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans are preferred.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work well within a team and foster a collaborative environment.
