Sasol, a global integrated chemicals and energy company, is offering a unique opportunity for people living with disabilities to join their Administration Learnership program.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is designed to provide theoretical and practical training, equipping learners with essential skills and knowledge to succeed in the administrative field.

Program Overview

The Sasol Learnership program combines theoretical learning with practical work experience, focusing on:

– Literacy, numeracy, communication, computer, and basic business principles
– Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills, and  Computer Skills

During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to improve the effectiveness of managers and departments, preparing them for work readiness.

Requirements

– Grade 12 qualified or similar Post-Matric qualification in Data and IT (advantageous)
– 0-2 years of relevant experience
– Ability to participate in the Learnership program and complete the assessment process
– Willingness to participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises
