Sanlam Learnership Program: How to Apply, Requirements, and Key Information

Application Requirements

To apply for the Sanlam Learnership Program, you must provide the following documents:

  • South African ID: A valid South African Identity Document is required.
  • Matric Certificate: Proof of completion of your high school education is necessary.

Please note that if any of these documents are missing, your application will be disqualified automatically.

Application Process and Timelines

  1. Application Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted by the due date. Shortlisting will begin once this deadline has passed.
  2. Feedback Timeline: Candidates will receive feedback within two weeks after the application due date.
  3. Interview and Assessment Period: Prepare to be available for interviews and assessments between mid-September 2024 and mid-October 2024.
  4. Learnership Agreement: If selected, you will need to sign the Learnership Agreement between mid-November 2024 and mid-December 2024.
  5. Program Commencement: The Learnership Program will start on February 1, 2025.
