Key Responsibilities:

– Operate brewing plant and process equipment
– Perform quality control checks and analyses
– Coach fellow team members to produce consistent products
– Optimize plant and process performance
– Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively

Requirements:

– National Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Analytical Chemistry
– Newly qualified and looking to gain experience
– Ability to work shifts
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Team player with excellent communication skills

Internship Details:

– One-year fixed-term contract
– Full-time position
– Based in Port Elizabeth at Ibhayi Brewery
