Job Description:
– Provide excellent service by processing client transactions quickly, correctly, and efficiently
– Achieve net profit growth for the business
– Manage average Rand value of differences to minimize losses
– Manage Service Quality of the Branch through the Service Quality Balanced Scorecard
– Comply with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules
– Manage efficiencies for tellers through Number of differences and average number of transactions
– Develop own competencies to increase performance
– Connect with customers by living up to the brand promise of “how can we help you?”
– Treat customers with respect and provide helpful solutions
– Conduct yourself in an ethical manner at all times
– Take ownership of solving customer problems efficiently
– Adhere to TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles
– Manage growth of active customer Account Base
– Contribute to increase of Customer Engagement Score
– Identify opportunities to increase market share
– Support cost containment and reduction
– Manage actual Rand value of shortages
– Optimize customer interactions to migrate to eChannels and digital self-service channels
