- Stock Management:
- Picking: Retrieve stock items as requested on pick slips, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the order specifications.

- Documentation and Compliance:
- Receipts and Transfers: Obtain signatures from dispatchers upon stock receipt and provide copies of pick slips and transfer confirmations to the relevant personnel.
- Paperwork: Ensure that all completed paperwork is submitted to the office administration for processing and that no documents are left behind in the warehouse.
- Inventory Control:
- Stock Takes: Assist with stock-taking processes at the end of the month and perform cycle counts as needed during the day.
- Equipment Management: Make sure that all scanners are charged and properly stored before the end of your shift.
- Warehouse Maintenance:
- Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse area clean and organized, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Reporting: Notify management of any suspicious behavior or irregularities observed in the warehouse environment.
