RCL Foods is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to be based in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating learning and development events, managing learning systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Key responsibilities include:
– Coordinating learning and development events, including scheduling staff and communicating requirements to employees and training providers
– Managing learning systems, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures
– Providing technical support for digital learning platforms and virtual learning conversations
– Assisting with budget control and tracking expenditure
– Supporting the SDF role, including compiling data for annual reporting and submitting information to SETA
– Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff members at SETA
Requirements:
– Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
– 3-5 years of experience
– Valid Code EB driver’s license
