Pedros Chicken is seeking to hire a Call Centre Agent to join their team in Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about the
restaurant’s menu, services, and policies.Your primary goal will be to accurately take down and submit orders to the stores.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s menu and be able to provide detailed descriptions of menu items to customers.
You will also be responsible for taking orders over the phone for delivery and collection, accurately recording customer choices and special instructions, and coordinating with the store to ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, you will be expected to assist customers with modifying existing orders and making special requests, as well as communicate changes with the stores. Upselling and cross-selling will also be a key part of your role, as you identify opportunities to promote additional menu items, beverages, or services to customers.
To be considered for this position, you must have a Matric certificate, be computer literate, and have good phone etiquette. You must also have good written and verbal skills, as well as experience in inbound calls and a call centre environment or similar role.
