Requirements:
– Grade 12
– Call Centre Support/Contact Centre and/or Business Process Support experience
– National Certificate (NQF Level 3) advantageous
– Fully Bi-Lingual (Afrikaans/English and one local language)
– Computer literate
– Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills
– Passionate, motivated, and friendly individual
– Attention to detail, office management, and excellent administration skills
– Knowledge of Midvaal Local Municipality and municipal area recommended
– 2-years relevant experience in call centre/customer service or similar pressurized environment
Duties:
– Provide comprehensive call centre agent function
– Receive and dispatch calls, register complaints, and provide feedback to customers
– Reach and exceed goals set by the municipality
– Enhance customer service experience
– Ensure compliance with the municipality’s service charter and turn-around times on complaints
– Perform ad hoc tasks and duties as requested by management
*Salary:* R 135 947.00 p.a. (exclusive of benefits) (Fixed Term Contract ending 30 September 2025)
