We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

– Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our existing customer base
– Managing customer expectations to ensure exceptional service delivery
– Utilizing your premium brand experience and volume sales expertise to drive sales growth

– Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets
– Ensuring effective administration of new vehicle sales
– Canvassing for new vehicle sales and achieving sales targets consistently

Requirements:

– Minimum Grade 12 qualification
– 3+ years of sales experience in the motor industry
– Existing customer base is an advantage
– Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
– C-Sales Certification is an advantage
– Valid driver’s license
– Excellent people skills
– Attention to detail
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Hyundai Parts Distribution Centre. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

– Building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealership network
– Managing and coordinating daily sales targets
– Ensuring timely invoicing and smooth parts collection for dealers
– Communicating with the Procurement Department regarding back orders
– Completing various reports and processing tasks, including:
– Daily rental reports
– Negative stock reports
– Microcat processing and write-off reports
– Dead stock processing
– Stock adjustments
– Credit notes and listing cover sheets
– QC sheets

Requirements:

– Grade 12 qualification
– Diploma in Financial Accounting (added advantage)
– 2-5 years of experience in Sales and Operations
– Experience in the automotive industry (advantageous)
– Strong administrative and organizational skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to conduct data analysis and reach sales targets
– Negotiation skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Outgoing and strong personality
