Internship Description
We are determined to build talent pipelines for our Stores and therefore we invite all suitably qualified and unemployed South Africans to apply for the 2024 Graduate Internship Opportunity.
We offer a 12 – 18 months programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Retail Stores (Nationally) (Gauteng, Limpopo, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Western Cape or KwaZulu-Natal) and be exposed to the world of retail.
The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
Massmart Graduate Program (Degree)
Completed a minimum of a Degree:
- BCom General
- BCom Retail Management,
- or BCom Business Management
Massmart Graduate Program (TVET)
Completed a minimum of a N6 qualification:
- Business Management,
- Financial Management,
- Administration
