Managed People Solutions is offering a learnership program for unemployed youths in Pretoria Central, Gauteng, in the field of Wholesale & Retail Operations.
This 12-month program, starting from July 2024 to June 2025, aims to provide practical on-the-job experience to those who need it to succeed in their future careers.
As a participant in the Managed People Solutions Learnership, you will be expected to perform various duties such as identifying items to be displayed on shelves, compiling a list of stock needed, inspecting shelf products, carrying out merchandising tasks, providing input on customer concerns, and maintaining awareness of product details and promotional offers.
To be eligible for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
– Possess a Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and English
– Be between 18-28 years old
– Have impressive interpersonal abilities
– Be able to work under pressure
– Be prepared to relocate to other areas
– Be able to work with other team members
– Have basic MS Office abilities
– Be able to solve problems and negotiate with others
