Capitec Bank is seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join their team as ATM Assistants, also known as Bank Better Champions.
As a champion, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, providing exceptional client service, and assisting clients at the ATM.
Additionally, you will complete transactions on remote or self-service channels, gaining knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Grade 12 National Certificate, with no prior experience necessary. However, some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment is ideal. You should possess basic calculation skills, be able to engage with people, and have clarity and understanding of your aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
In terms of qualifications, a Grade 12 National Certificate is the minimum requirement, while vocational qualifications are preferred. Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes is ideal, but not necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
