Requirements:
– 1-2 years of inbound contact centre customer service experience
– Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Qualifications
– Knowledge of call centre processes and procedures, customer care and service protocol
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and telephonic skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Conditions of Employment:
– Clear criminal and credit record
– Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys
