As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, matching them with Auto Pedigree’s service offerings, and driving business growth through customer satisfaction. This will involve lead conversion, building relationships with internal and external customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

– Manage sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
– Develop an understanding of vehicles and their characteristics, capabilities, and features
– Drive business growth by reaching set sales targets and retaining existing customers

– Assist with setting up mobile displays and accompanying customers on test drives
– Manage customer expectations and ensure effective delivery of service
– Identify and venture into new revenue streams

– Ensure customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided
– Handle face-to-face discussions with clients, informing them about finance application procedures and promoting Auto Pedigree’s offerings

Requirements:

– Grade 12/Matric and NCA qualification (advantageous)
– Valid Code 8 driver’s license
– Computer literate with basic Excel and Outlook skills
– 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record
– Relevant industry experience (desirable)
– Understanding of compliance governing the retail industry (advantageous)
– Knowledge of the areas’ most spoken languages (advantageous)
– Understanding of Auto Pedigree’s products and services (desirable)
