Internship Description
This is an 18-month fixed-term program for candidates with N6 who require work experience to complete their National N Diploma.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be mentored in the following areas:
- SAP role set up
- SAP transaction overview
- Team file set-up
- Customer overview
- Basics on Excel (eg V lookup)
- Credit Working training
- Debit training
- Return training (Cancellation / Faulty goods)
- Internal orders training
- Overdue account overview
- Product overview of different tools
- Understanding and assisting with online/digital (customer) content
- MS Office basics (PowerPoint, word, outlook etc.)
- Meeting minutes taking
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- N6 in:
- Marketing Management /
- Business Administration /
- Management Assistance
