Job Description:
The Learner role is a developmental position designed for individuals to simultaneously pursue a formal, registered qualification while gaining practical work experience. Throughout the employment period, the Learner will be responsible for executing predefined work objectives, including research, analysis, administration, process, and project work that contributes to the business’s success. The Learner is expected to meet all the requirements of the qualification, with additional work-related training provided as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Delivery: The incumbent will execute tasks aligned with predefined work objectives, including research, analysis, administration, process, and project work.
Qualification Requirements: The incumbent must fulfill all the requirements of the formal, registered qualification being pursued.
Work Experience: Gain valuable work experience through the application of theoretical learning to practical tasks.
Cost Efficiencies: Contribute to cost efficiencies within the business through optimized work practices.
Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by delivering work processes according to defined quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: The incumbent must have completed Grade 12 (High School Diploma) or its equivalent.
Skills:
Possess good computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and applications.
