Job Title: Grants Administrator
Job Summary:
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position Grants Administrator ¹.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
– Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
– Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
– Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
Requirements:
– Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
– Computer literacy is essential
– A Valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience will be an added advantage
Salary and Benefits:
– Salary: R216 417 – R254 928 p.a. exclusive of benefits
– Location: John Taolo Gaetsewe District – Deben Local Office (Ref No. SAS NC24/04/01)
