To be considered for this role, you must have:
– A National Diploma or 3-year Degree in Food Science/Safety
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Safety
– In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene policies, regulations, and relevant systems
– Familiarity with FDCA, HACCP, PAS96, PRP
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
– Computer literacy with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, deadline-driven approach
