Purpose Statement:
As an Agent in Recoveries Administration, you will play a crucial role in assisting internal and external parties with the processing of Deceased Estates funds transfers, providing balances, tax certificates, and statements.
Additionally, you will help with Handover and Debt Review queries, balances, and statements.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in banking/administration/retail administration
– Ideal: Capitec Bank experience
– Exposure to client service excellence
– Qualifications:
– Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
– Ideal: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Change Management
– Knowledge:
– General office systems and administration practices
– Client service standards and principles
– National Credit Act (NCA)
– Business environment in the context of service providers
– Estates Act
– Debt landscape: debt collection, debt counselling, and recoveries
– Skills:
– Communications Skills
– Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
– Business writing skills
– Attention to Detail
– Administration Skills
