Overview:
We are excited to announce a Learnership Programme aimed at empowering unemployed individuals with essential skills in the manufacturing sector.
This comprehensive training initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in a range of key areas.
Training Components:
Participants will gain expertise in:
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Safe usage of hand tools
- Understanding assembly, manufacturing drawings, and marking off
- Welding techniques
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Surface preparation
- Firefighting skills
- Managing operations and dispatching products
Eligibility Criteria:
- A National Technical Certificate [N3 – N6] or;
- Matric/Technical Matric with Mathematics & Physical Science or Engineering Science, plus one of the following: Electrical Trade Theory, Mechanical Trade Theory, Motor Trade Theory, Mechanical Drawing, or Graphical Design.

Certification:
Successful completion of the learnership will result in the attainment of an NQF Level 2 certification.
