Job Purpose: Ensure customers visiting the walk-in center receive assistance in alignment with the Batho Pele principles.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Supervise designated customer care center.
- Provide efficient services for applications, requests, complaints, and queries.
- Ensure adherence to Batho Pele principles and access to municipality services.
- Maintain adequate staffing.
- Safeguard assets and equipment.
- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Assist Senior Customer Care in budget preparation, meetings, and inter-departmental liaison.

Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Administrative Certificate.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3 years relevant experience.

- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration.
- 4 years relevant experience.
Physical Requirements: Capable of fulfilling job duties.
