Requirements:
- Matriculation certificate
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in ICT or related field
- No prior experience required
Duties:
- Responding to user requests for service and troubleshooting problems
- Assisting in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software
- Recording activities, solutions, and responses to service requests
- Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes
- Assisting in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees
