Requirements:

  • Matriculation certificate
  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in ICT or related field
  • No prior experience required

Duties:

  • Responding to user requests for service and troubleshooting problems
  • Assisting in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating systems, and application software
  • Recording activities, solutions, and responses to service requests
  • Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes
  • Assisting in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees

  • Medical Surveillance: The recommended candidate may be subjected to Medical Surveillance as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 5/1993.
