About the Opportunity:
Position: Unemployed Learner in Human Resources Job Type: Learnership Location: Multiple sites across South Africa (Midrand, Phoenix, East London, Gqeberha, and more) Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
As a participant in the Learnership programme, you will:
- Complete the NQF Level 4 National Certificate in Business Administration Programme.
- Provide administrative support to the HR & Project Department.
- Engage in on-the-job learning and structured work experience.
- Demonstrate commitment and dedication to your personal and professional development.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and English (minimum pass rate of 50%).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language.
- 1 year of work experience.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company.
- South African citizenship.
- Employment Equity candidate.
- Unemployed and aged between 18 and 35.
- Present a valid medical record detailing any disability.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Capability to thrive in a pressurised working environment.
- No criminal record or negative credit record.
- Not enrolled in any formal full-time studies.
