Minimum Requirements

  •  Matric or equivalent with a secretarial/administration/office management diploma

  • A valid code EB driver’s license and the ability to pass Rand Water’s K53 test
  • Experience in working with the National Departments and LocaI Government.
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Primary Duties

    • Handle administrative tasks and correspondence i.e., letters and memos, as delegated and requested by the Head: IME. Follow up on outstanding issues on behalf of the H: IME. Pass on messages and task requests as instructed, to the relevant personnel.
    •  Obtain approval signature from the H: IME on relevant documentation and forward to the originator.
    • Ensure the smooth running of IME’s administration work i.e., correspondence and general office admin
    •  Support H: IME staff in meeting agreed requirements
    •  Provide secretariat, general and technical administration services to meet the needs associated with the integration, monitoring and evaluation function in BWS
