Requirements :
Grade 12 with 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management or relevant National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management plus 1 year experience in Supply Chain Management. Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management policies and processes (PPPFA; PFMA etc. Work experience in Health Environment will be an added advantage candidate must have a valid driver`s license.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and to attend details and endure correctness of data/information. Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team. Be prepared to work overtime when required to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and interpersonal relations. Must be a client orientated person. Knowledge of computer and computer literacy will is compulsory. Knowledge of SRM/SAP/LOGIS will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Perform administrative duties with regard Supply Chain Management services including completion of requisition (RLS01) forms. Capture requisitions on SRM/SAP system. Receiving and issuing of stock, equipment and issuing of stock, equipment and asset.
Assist end users in Demand Management and Planning. Conduct stock taking periodically and manage warehouse ensure that there is always enough stock in the warehouse all the times. Assist end users in drafting specifications and obtaining material master number. Check and evaluate compliance of all quotations received before presentation to the SCM committees.
