DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide support to the Distribution Centre Operations Executive
- Compiling reports
- Booking boardrooms
- Calendar management
- Administration
- Booking of travel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 3-5 years PA experience
- Previous exposure to working in a supply chain environment would be advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Must be comfortable with traveling during working hours
- Must have good Excel skills
- Experience in putting together reports
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent at prioritizing and multi-tasking
