As a member of the HR Department in Tulisa Park Johannesburg, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Department with administrative duties as well as gain workplace experience for a period of 1 year.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: You will post job requisitions onto Engage system as per job specifications from HR Manager. You will update the recruiting portal on Engage and screen potential candidates that meet the requirements of the job.
You will set up interviews in HR Manager and Line Managers diaries and send interview confirmation emails to candidates. You will conduct and / or request reference and employment checks as well as any other pre-recruitment documentation. You will assist in representing the company at recuiting events such as career fairs, etc.
Onboarding: You will assist with new hire on-boarding process. You will assist with employee orientation. You will do Employee file management. You will create new employee files as per standard for new hires. You will assist with updating employee personnel files in line with compliance and or relevant laws.
Payroll Administration: You will prepare the weekly wages for approval by the HR / Payroll Administrator. You will prepare timesheet calculations, overtime, shift and transport allowances etc. You will update the temporary employee contract sheet.
Training & Development: You will source Accredited training suppliers. You will update internal training records and follow upon internal training registers. You will coordinate internal training room setup / ensuring booked employees attend. You will following up on training attendance registers and certification. You will schedule training in employee’s diaries.
General: You will assist with Wellness iniatives. You will responsible for canteen invoice / voucher and fucntion counts. You will process SAP purchase orders. You will do filling. You will do general administration. You will assist with input with HR Policies and Procedures.
