Requirements :
- Grade 12. Higher certificate in Logistics/Public Administration/Public Management. 2 Years’ experience in the Public Service administration/environment. Sound written and verbal communication. Ability to manage government vehicles. Ability to plan organise and perform fleet inspection. Good interpersonal and organisational skills. The candidate must be able to work in a team. Have a valid driver’s licence and a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).

Duties :
- Coordinate transport services. Ensure availability of drivers and fleet schedules. Pre- and post- trip inspection of vehicles. Allocation of vehicles and keeping files and registers updated. Prepare ordering/replenishment of transport section equipments and materials and the safekeeping thereof. Complete log sheets monthly. Check and update the asset register. Prepare and compile reports. Ensure compliance to National Core Standard on policies and procedures. Perform any other official duties delegated by the supervisor.
