About Capitec Bank: Capitec Bank is a South African retail bank and, as of August 2017, was the second largest retail bank in South Africa in terms of the number of customers. They focus on providing a simpler way of banking and helping clients manage their financial lives better to enable them to live better.
Job Purpose: The primary role of a Bank Better Champion is to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. This includes providing excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels.

Requirements: Experience:
- Minimum: No experience is required, but the individual should have a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: At least 1 year of client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational.
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Basic calculations, how to engage with people, clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious, and keen to learn.
- Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments, knowledge of Capitec Bank products, and business processes (internal).
