REQUIREMENTS :

Qualification that allows registration with SANC as Nursing Assistant. Registration with SANC as Nursing Assistant. Knowledge of nursing care.

Processes and procedure, and other relevant legal framework such as: Nursing Act, Health Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Patient Right Charter, Batho-Pele principles, Public Service Regulation, Competencies: Elementary communication skills. Elementary writing skills.

Ability to function as part of a team. Interpersonal skills. Attributes: Responsiveness, Reactiveness and
Professionalism.

DUTIES :

Assist patients with activities of daily living (physical. Provide elementary clinical nursing care). Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and – development.
